What forms of payments do you accept?

US Forever stamps (Current market Value), checks, money orders, all major credit/debit cards. Please do not staple or tape the stamps. We cannot accept stamps that have been mutilated.

What should I do if I call outside of your normal business hours?

Customers can now place an order online at any time using our new online ordering system. If you would prefer to order on the phone, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and the best time for us to call you back. We will return your call during normal business hours which are 9 am – 4 pm EST, Monday – Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.

Do you maintain a fully-stocked inventory?

Yes, all of our items are in stock and ready to ship. Any out of stock items (extremely rare) will be removed from the order and the balance of the order shipped. Please reorder at a later date.

What is your refund policy?

Prime Products offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days after receipt of order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your items, please return the items for a refund.

What happens if a package gets returned to Prime Products?

Orders which are sent back to Prime Products for any reason will incur a $7.50 reshipping fee. Prime Products cannot be held responsible for orders that exceed the quarterly package limit based on each facility’s guidelines or exceed the maximum quantity allowed for an item. Please ensure that the individual you are ordering for will be allowed to receive it.

How soon will my package be shipped?

All orders are processed every Thursday by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time and shipped every Friday. If you would like your order to be included in this week’s shipment, please be sure to call by our cutoff time (12 PM EST Thursday).

How long will it take for the package to arrive?

Generally, packages will arrive at the facility within 3-5 business days after shipment.
It is then up to the facilities discretion as to when your package will be delivered in accordance with CDCR policies. 

Do you offer any oils or herbs not listed on the website?

Our website includes all California-approved oils, herbs, and other religious items.

Which religious populations do you provide products for?

Muslim, Wiccan, Pagan, Christian, Buddhist, Native American, etc.

What if I want to order online for multiple inmates?

If you need to order for more than one inmate online, you must place two separate orders, or give us a call during our business hours and we will gladly assist you.

ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT THE PRISON, DISTRIBUTION IS UP TO FACILITY STAFF.
